Teal is an AI-powered job search and tracking platform. It is a personal career growth platform that gives users the tools, skills, and recommendations they need to accelerate their career, starting with the job search. Teal offers a Chrome extension that works with most job boards and makes it fast and easy to track and manage all job applications in one place.

The extension allows users to bookmark jobs from LinkedIn, Indeed, and more, and it finds salary information from job descriptions. It offers tools and templates to quickly make adjustments and enables users to organize their search, track their progress, and land the perfect job. Teal also offers a group-based and hands-on 6-week program called Career Assist to help jumpstart job searches.  The program includes a series of live workshops and group discussions focused on job searching.
