Program Description: The CIM Mentorship Program connects seasoned industry professionals with students and recent graduates. Over the course of one year, mentors and mentees set the parameters of their meetings, discuss challenges and opportunities and work toward their goals. Mentors have an opportunity to give back to the industry by sharing their learned and lived experiences while mentees gain invaluable knowledge that helps them lay a pathway to personal and professional success.
