Employment Program Description: 18+
Employment Program Link: Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or have Refugee Status, Work Permit, Study Permit
Employment Program Link: Identify as women, Trans women, or 2-Spirit
Mentees' Eligibility Requirements: Opens to people who have 5+ years of career experience (or equivalent education considered)
Program Duration: 6 months
Program Cost: Free
Program Description: The Rosie Initiative focuses on educating, enabling and empowering all women interested in advancing their careers. The program matches mentors with women looking to explore, develop or advance in their careers. The one-to-one mentorship focuses on growing confidence, providing skill development opportunities and facilitating connections and networking opportunities for women.
