Refund Policy

Applies To: All clients engaging with the Green Career Centre’s employer services

At the Green Career Centre, we take pride in offering specialized, high-impact support to help employers access wage subsidies and green talent. Due to the highly customized nature of our services, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. No Refunds After Service Initiation

Once any part of the service has begun including strategy calls, document requests, research, or application drafting, no refunds will be issued, regardless of outcome.

2. Upfront Payment Required

All services must be paid for in full prior to any work commencing. No exceptions.

3. Pre-Service Cancellation (Before Work Begins)

If you request cancellation before we begin any work, a refund may be issued less the payment processing fees. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of payment.

4. No Guarantee of Funding

Our work is based on expertise and a strong success record, but we do not guarantee that any application will be approved. You are paying for our time, experience, and strategic guidance, not a guaranteed outcome.

5. Time & Scope Limits

Each application includes up to 10 hours of support. Additional hours will be billed at $120/hour, and we will confirm in writing before proceeding beyond the original scope.

6. Delays or Non-Responsiveness

If a client fails to respond for more than 10 business days, we reserve the right to submit based on available information, close the file, or delay submission (with no refund).
