Eligibility: - Must be a civic-minded leader in the early-to-mid stages of their career. - Must live and/or work in the GTHA. - Must have a demonstrated history of leadership in their community or sector (professional and/or volunteer). - Should be a collaborative, inclusive, and results-oriented problem-solver. - Individuals from underrepresented communities are especially encouraged to apply.

Program Description: The DiverseCity Fellows program is a year-long, free civic leadership development experience for early- to mid-career changemakers in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. Led by CivicAction and powered by Purpose Unlimited, the program brings together approximately 25 diverse leaders annually to build key leadership competencies, deepen cross-sectoral connections, and drive inclusive change in their communities. Through monthly core sessions, personalized coaching, mentorship, and hands-on workshops, Fellows gain tools to lead collaboratively and inclusively. Participants also join a dynamic network of over 300 alumni and regional changemakers committed to building a better, more equitable GTHA.
