Program Description: The Climatebase Fellowship is a 12-week climate career accelerator designed to equip mission-driven professionals with the knowledge, skills, and network to transition into or advance within the climate sector. Through expert-led curriculum sessions, live talks with 100+ climate leaders, hands-on capstone projects, and tailored support for job seekers and founders, fellows rapidly deepen their climate literacy and professional impact. The program covers key sectors including energy, transportation, food, carbon removal, and circular economy, while fostering a tight-knit community of peers and mentors. Graduates also gain a certificate, year-long community membership, and access to ongoing events, job fairs, and exclusive opportunities. Tuition is $1,990 USD, with financial aid available to over 50% of participants.
