TakingITGlobal, which is also known as TIG, is a charitable non-governmental organization focusing on global issues by promoting awareness and engagement among global youth.
The #RisingYouth program looks for young people who are inspired with ideas and ready to take action through youth-led community service grants. Although grants can only be made out to Canadian citizens, permanent residents or refugees international students can be paid speakers at the events that are run out of the grant funds.
